Fengchao was born from a simple observation: AI forgets, and people shouldn't have to forget along with it.
You chat with ChatGPT for three months, switch to Claude, and start from zero; a flash of an idea from six months ago is now just a shadow; the rules, projects, and conclusions you worked out with your AI are scattered across a dozen apps and can't be pieced back together.
But look one layer deeper and the question sharpens: the "you" it remembers was never in your hands — it sits on a server it can't even fully explain. The more you rely on it, the more of "who you are" you hand over.
We wondered: what if there were one place that could catch all of it, store it, and find it anytime — and it always belongs to you, never on anyone's cloud?
That's Fengchao. Take your memory back from the AI. Sovereignty is yours.
There's one more thing we rarely say, though everything rests on it: Fengchao is itself a local AI. It lives on your computer — it runs standalone and works offline, with nothing sent to the cloud by default. It isn't yet another cloud service you "visit": it's a piece of ground on your own machine.
Who we are
We're not a big company — no growth metrics, no fundraising plan, no "ecosystem." We're one person + one AI partner, writing the idea of "memory sovereignty, yours" into code, line by line.
We believe one thing: memory is a person's most private asset. It shouldn't be stored on someone else's server, and certainly not used for training, profiling, or ads.
Fengchao is designed for agents first, with the human as its gatekeeper. Agents pick tools, the human pays, the human assists — that's the order, by design.

About pricing
Paying isn't a transaction — it's the blood that keeps memory alive. For memory to persist, it needs continuous maintenance, updates, and guarding. Beyond that, we have no commercial intent. Tiers and unlock methods are in-app.
