v1.4.3 · Collaboration hub & attestation chain

• Multi-AI collaboration hub, redesigned: three boards at a glance — "✋ Waiting on you" (cards that need your decision), "Who's working" (the current shift), and "What happened" (the full event trail). A red badge on the header tells you something is waiting, even with the panel closed.
• "Agree / Not now" actually closes the card: previously it only flipped a status; now one tap settles it, and the card stops coming back.
• Digital sovereignty — the chain is complete: local attestation now runs the whole way from "timestamp it" to attest · prepare · export — a five-screen wizard, per-screen safety anchors, and a sixth item in the material pack, the printable "Material Notes".
• Notification channel panel · egress binding panel: how notifications are sent and where they go is now configurable, visible and verifiable; blocked outbound requests can be allowed one by one.
• Availability expanded to 16 regions: Japan and the United Kingdom added, with Japanese App Store material (description, keywords, release notes).
• UI copy tightened: dead keys and literal escape marks that should never surface are gone; the Chinese and English copy are aligned.

v1.4.2 · Digital Sovereignty

• Digital sovereignty: keep a verifiable receipt for your own data — local attestation, hash fingerprint and timestamp. Fengchao only helps you attest, prepare and export; you file the application yourself with the official system. Fengchao is not a registration body and does not file on your behalf.
• Scheduling fix: closing the window no longer strands the app — click the Dock icon and the window comes back.
• Hardened packaging: version-consistency assertions and residue checks in the build script.

• Multi-AI collaboration hub: multiple AIs work together in one hive — a duty roster, a relay baton, and a full event trail. Humans always hold the keys; agents never command each other; everything is auditable.
• Cognitive evolution: Fengchao gets smarter from how it's used. Co-occurrence signals from collaboration and search distill into understanding, emergently shaping retrieval ranking — with a rollback switch back to plain keyword search.
• Model-layer re-distill + provenance: distill outputs carry provider / model / timestamp, so you can re-distill old memories with a new model, keeping the old version for rollback.
• Native universal2: Intel → universal2, running natively on both Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
• Subscriptions & licensing: StoreKit in-app purchase flow + tighter licensing + stronger privacy encryption.
• MCP onboarding: better discoverability, honest handshakes, self-healing errors, and a whoami self-check.

Earlier versions

Fengchao iterates continuously. Earlier releases delivered local-first storage, 0.6s semantic search over 1M entries, MCP-native access, an encrypted vault, and paved the way for both iOS and macOS.
