Intellectual Property

Original work
deserves a name.

Fengchao's core mechanisms are under intellectual-property protection.

Fengchao's moat was never just code — anyone can write Python. What can't be copied is this "multi-agent controlled access + memory management" mechanism design, and the philosophy framework grown behind it.

So we took the things worth protecting down the intellectual-property path.

1. Invention patent

ItemContent
TitleA memory management method and apparatus with multi-agent controlled access
Application no.2026112454474
StatusAccepted (acceptance notice received, under examination)

This protects Fengchao's core "gate" — how multiple AIs (antennas) access memory under control, read/write, and submit candidates for hive return, without overstepping, without direct writes, without touching the privacy vault. This is the underlying method that lets Fengchao be plug-and-play for any agent as an "AI memory layer."

2. Software copyright

ItemContent
Software nameMemory Hive System (memory hive) V1.0
Correction notice no.2026R11L2241662
StatusCorrected (materials submitted, under examination)

The software copyright protects the code expression and interface form of Fengchao itself — the backend main program, frontend interface, Gatekeeper Bee review module, and other core source programs.

3. Trademark

NameClassApplication no.Filed
火种计划记忆蜂巢系统Class 42927560562026-07-03
火种蜂巢系统-归巢Class 9927560572026-07-03

Status: accepted (the CNIPA has accepted the registration, under examination).

Note: "火种计划" (Project Fire Seed) is the incubation codename for Fengchao; the everyday product name is "记忆蜂巢" (Memory Hive).

The trademark protects the "蜂巢" (Hive) brand name — the unified identifier across product identity, docs, licensing, backup, migration, and later versions. With the name protected, impostors can't misuse "蜂巢."

Honest note: all three IP items are in progress — patent accepted, software copyright corrected, trademark accepted (under examination). Authorization/registration results will be updated here as soon as they land.

Why this matters

Fengchao doesn't rely on scale, capital, or traffic. It survives on "being genuinely useful to one person." Intellectual property is what keeps that "usefulness" from being easily counterfeited or re-skinned.

The outer shell can be imitated, but the mechanism + philosophy + name protect what Fengchao has genuinely grown.
